All purchases of products are sold on the basis that the buyer accepts full responsibility of using the product and waives any responsibility or liabilty to kitesurfonline, instructors, guides. This includes using the equiment and injury or death and any other third party involved.
Once a product is in postage or frieght it is the responsibilty of the buyer or purchaser and no longer any responsibilty to kitesurfonline.
We will endevour to assist in any warranty claims but this is entirely up to the manufacturers discretion and some warranty claims may not be supported by the manufacturer or brand for that product.
